Classwork 65%
It is important to be an independent worker in AP art but at the same time produce work that is of a caliber that is of a high quality.Balancing these is tricky so therefore classwork weekly criticism similar to studio will be used but work must be complete during the weekly criticism. Quality,Craftsmanship, and Composition will be the overall factors in determining your grade as well as use of the AP rubric. Work will be reviewed weekly either in a group or handed in and you must work at home .Your work must be complete even if it involves working on it at home so classwork counts as complete work not just the work you physically do in class. Sketchbook 25% Sketchbooks will be handed in this year and returned the next class. It is your responsibility to keep up to date on your sketchbook homework! Effort 10%-Same rules apply as Studio. |
